Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise password management platform, including architecture, deployment, operations, maintenance, upgrades, and support.
- Deploy, configure, and manage password vault infrastructure in air-gapped AWS cloud environments.
- Develop Python automation for platform management, provisioning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployment workflows.
- Evaluate and productize password management, secrets management, and vault capabilities.
- Partner with security, infrastructure, application, business, and technical stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide L3 operational support, resolve incidents and service requests, and manage user onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, operational reporting, and platform roadmaps.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, security engineering, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise password management, secrets management, or privileged access management solutions.
- Strong experience deploying and managing applications in AWS, including air-gapped or highly restricted network architectures.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation development.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Strong knowledge of Docker containerization.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, operational support, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Experience in regulated, isolated, or air-gapped cloud environments and enterprise-scale identity, authentication, and access management is preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS security services, cloud-native security architectures, DevSecOps, and secure software delivery is preferred.
- Relevant AWS certifications and security certifications such as CISSP or Security+ are a plus.
