Responsibilities
- Design and manage production and non-production cloud environments for project and product needs.
- Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation, configuration, and provisioning.
- Act as a ServiceNow platform subject matter expert and lead team and cross-team decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and improve platform stability, performance, and deployment efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams, coordinate platform initiatives, and provide solutions applicable to multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and the ServiceNow Platform is required.
- Experience designing and managing cloud-based environments and automation pipelines is required.
- Strong understanding of platform configuration and deployment best practices is required.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools for environment provisioning is required.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
