Responsibilities

Develop front-end and back-end components for products and services used by thousands of businesses and millions of users.
Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to design and deliver customer-focused technical solutions.
Run the development lifecycle with Technical Program Managers, including concept, design, testing, release, and support.
Work with DevOps to maintain applications in the company’s infrastructure.
Document technical requirements, deployments, and post-mortems for team knowledge sharing.
Design, code, test, and deploy end-to-end AI applications, internal tools, and autonomous agent workflows.
Integrate LLMs, multimodal models, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures into internal software.
Build and deploy custom solutions independently.

At least 4 years of software engineering experience in a team setting.
Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks, especially Vue.js, and back-end frameworks, especially Go.
Knowledge of scalable, high-performance systems using containers and container orchestration such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
Experience collaborating directly with product teams on technical development for projects, services, and features.
Understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration, code review, and microservices design patterns.
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills focused on collaboration and information sharing.
Working proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic, LLM and multimodal model integration, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
Ability to build and deploy custom AI solutions independently.
