Base Salary

$118k - $168k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and client/server architecture.
  • Design and develop Capture components for document capture, processing, and recognition.
  • Own end-to-end technical design, development, validation, test automation, deployment, and production support.
  • Provide technical guidance for software initiatives involving technology standardization and modernization.
  • Lead technical teams by distributing tasks, tracking progress, assessing risks, solving problems, and reporting status.
  • Respond to bug reports and client escalations.
  • Collaborate with Quality Development to review test plans and test cases.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
  • At least seven years of enterprise software development experience and seven years using Microsoft development environments and tools.
  • Expert client-side development skills with C#, WPF, and Angular.
  • Expert C# development experience with modern .NET.
  • Experience with Visual Studio Code and the C# Dev Kit or another Linux-based IDE, plus the GNU Compiler family or alternatives.
  • Experience with Windows architecture, Windows services, Web API, and Unix platforms.
  • Experience with Docker and containerization, Kubernetes or related orchestration software, and Helm.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience building microservices and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, operating systems, multithreading, performance optimization, design patterns, and object-oriented principles.
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL optimization, and ORM technologies such as Entity Framework Core.
  • Strong debugging, triage, and technical issue-resolution skills.
  • Desired experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, GitLab, or other CI servers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
