Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scale and mature the platform to support the full mortgage market.
- Develop across the codebase, with a primary focus on distributed systems and complex data dependencies.
- Perform performance engineering across AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Help establish engineering guidelines, technical tooling, and organizational frameworks.
- Contribute to an early-stage startup environment with substantial ownership and autonomy.
Requirements
- Deep experience scaling distributed systems with complex data dependencies.
- Strong proficiency with C# or another statically typed language such as Kotlin, Go, or Java.
- Experience with performance engineering involving AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with Datadog and Terraform.
- Comfort working in an early-stage startup where mission-critical work may occasionally require effort outside typical working hours.
- Senior-level experience and the ability to take ownership across broad technical responsibilities.
