Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agent architectures for request understanding, reasoning, planning, and multi-step task execution.
- Develop frameworks that enable AI agents to interact with tools, APIs, and services.
- Create human-AI collaboration mechanisms for clarification, feedback, and guidance.
- Optimize agent reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Build monitoring and evaluation systems to measure agent performance and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agents into products and workflows.
- Track current research and developments in AI agent technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience building AI/ML systems, focused on autonomous agents.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Golang.
- Experience with large language models such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph and AutoGen or similar technologies.
- Understanding of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and decision-making systems.
- Familiarity with tools, APIs, and infrastructure for agent deployment.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and system design.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with production-grade AI agents, cognitive architectures, symbolic reasoning, AI safety and alignment, retrieval-augmented generation systems, autonomous-agent evaluation frameworks, open-source agent projects or research, or ACM, NOI, and other algorithm competition wins.
