Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable software while following software engineering architecture and process best practices.
- Partner with product owners to understand requirements and own code through design, implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design simple-to-use software that enables customers to extend and customize functionality.
- Help design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
Requirements
- 0–2+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, including reusability and componentization.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Experience with a modern UI framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Analytical and design skills.
- Working knowledge of IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration tools.
