Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases for complex software systems.
- Perform performance and load testing using Apache JMeter.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Apache JMeter is required.
- Proficiency in Apache JMeter and experience with performance and load testing are required.
- Experience designing and executing test plans and test cases for complex software systems is required.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies is required.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation frameworks is required.
- Ability to analyze test results and communicate actionable insights is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
