- Gather and analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, build, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality Pega applications.
- Deliver Pega implementations focused on BPM, enterprise class structures, rulesets, integrations, authentication, reporting, and related PRPC features.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Stay current with Pega technologies and advancements.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience.
- Experience with Pega PRPC and a strong understanding of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented analysis and design and system integration.
- A proven track record in Pega implementation with a focus on BPM.
- Experience with Pega flows, activities, user interfaces, flow actions, agents, SLAs, correspondence, single sign-on, external authentication, PRPC security, reports, file and MQ listeners, connectors, and SOAP services.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise class structure and ruleset design.
- Pega CSA certification is required.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
