Responsibilities
- Partner with product and stakeholders to discover problems, run experiments, frame solutions, and refine scope.
- Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, and AI agent frameworks.
- Build enterprise knowledge management systems using vector search, RAG pipelines, and semantic retrieval.
- Develop conversational AI solutions with chatbot development frameworks and platforms.
- Use Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana to build and operate cloud-native solutions.
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, infrastructure-as-code, and progressive delivery strategies.
- Write clean, testable code and improve reliability, scalability, performance, and engineering practices.
- Drive features from concept through production and continuously improve engineering culture and delivery practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Deep knowledge of .NET/C# and modern frameworks.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents with LangChain/LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Practical experience with RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and generative AI evaluations.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding and practical use of DevOps/GitOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and modern deployment strategies.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach and ability to work in Agile environments.
- Ability to drive discovery through problem framing, rapid prototyping, and iterative scope refinement.
