Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery for new and existing publisher integrations.
- Define detailed functional and technical requirements for integrations.
- Partner with Engineering to drive implementation from specification through QA and release.
- Validate edge cases and ensure integrations meet performance standards prior to launch.
- Continuously evolve integrations as publisher capabilities expand.
- Define, monitor, and improve KPIs for integration health.
- Build and maintain monitoring using SQL, Snowflake, and observability tools.
- Proactively identify systemic issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Investigate complex production issues across databases and APIs.
- Act as the technical liaison between various teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to reason through APIs and data flows.
- Experience working with APIs and reading technical documentation.
- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools like Snowflake.
- Experience writing scripts in Python or similar languages.
- Strong technical debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to write structured functional and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate independently.
