Responsibilities

Support the deployment and integration of Public Warning solutions.
Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining software in Linux environments.
Work closely with senior engineers, project teams, customers, and Mobile Network Operators.
Participate in system configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities.
Help create and maintain technical documentation and implementation procedures.
Support customer training sessions and global deployments.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of experience working with Linux systems or production environments.
Basic understanding of IP networking, VPNs, and security fundamentals.
Exposure to cloud platforms, containers, or automation tools (e.g., AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform).
Some experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
Familiarity with databases, monitoring, or CI/CD concepts.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from hands-on customer work.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
