Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Veeva and industry best practices.
- Translate complex business processes into technical requirements.
- Perform system configuration changes and data migrations.
- Activate product features and ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Create analytical reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
- Customer-facing and/or consulting experience, including managing customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and independent working skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise software applications is preferred.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.
