Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and support solution design for clinical trial management.
- Advise on business requirements to ensure alignment with system design.
- Contribute to system design workstreams including requirements gathering and configuration.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform configuration changes in the system.
- Define business deployment plans and key performance indicators.
- Act as a liaison between implementation teams and customer stakeholders.
- Guide customers in adopting best practices post-implementation.
- Drive change management for clients transitioning to SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in configuring or implementing software solutions, preferably in life sciences.
- Background in a consulting or customer-facing role with strong customer management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or similar fields.
