Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and support solution design and architecture for trial sponsors and contract research organizations using Vault Clinical.
- Lead customer post-implementation maintenance and improvement streams across QA, IT, and business teams.
- Drive the release management process and plan customer releases aligned with product updates.
- Gather requirements and contribute to configuration, validation, migration, integration, and training workstreams.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform system configuration changes.
- Define customer deployment plans, key performance indicators, and post-live governance.
- Manage communication among implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and life sciences best practices and drive change management for transitions from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, ideally content management software, or experience in the life sciences industry with exposure to clinical trials.
- Experience in consulting and/or customer-facing roles, including managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with clients, translate business requirements, and create corresponding solution designs.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a similar field.
- Knowledge or applicable experience in clinical life sciences, healthcare, pharmacovigilance, regulated systems, or data-driven applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of software validation processes and requirements is preferred.
- Project management, service delivery management, and/or systems implementation experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.
