Responsibilities

  • Drive customers toward Veeva and industry best practices
  • Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
  • Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
  • Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
  • Create analytical reports supporting business decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
  • Customer-facing and/or consulting experience, including managing customer expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, verbal communication, and written English skills
  • Ability to work independently and continuously learn and develop
  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats/MedComms, SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum, or a similar content management system is preferred
  • Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of life sciences content management principles is preferred
  • Project management experience is preferred
