Responsibilities
- Drive customers toward Veeva and industry best practices
- Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
- Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
- Create analytical reports supporting business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
- Customer-facing and/or consulting experience, including managing customer expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, verbal communication, and written English skills
- Ability to work independently and continuously learn and develop
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats/MedComms, SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum, or a similar content management system is preferred
- Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is preferred
- Knowledge of life sciences content management principles is preferred
- Project management experience is preferred
