Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and clarify customer business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Design solution concepts, recommend best practices, customize Business Central, and design new functionalities.
- Design data tables and relationships and contribute to reporting and business solution development.
- Participate in implementation, consulting, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support activities.
- Prepare specifications, estimates, user manuals, proposals, and presentations.
- Deliver customer training and workshops and present Microsoft technologies and Business Central functionality.
- Support pre-sales activities and the sales team from a professional perspective.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong, comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand complex business environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Independence, a proactive approach, fast learning ability, and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks and workflows.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to deliver training and workshops.
- Good written and spoken English.
