Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and process designs.
- Define ServiceNow platform standards, governance, configuration, customization, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, developers, administrators, and external service partners.
- Review and validate technical designs, integrations, workflows, and data models.
- Provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure solution performance, maintainability, security, and compliance.
- Support integration design between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and other integration methods.
- Participate in platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- Experience with AI in ITSM, including automation, virtual agents, ticket classification, and knowledge management.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with the ServiceNow data model, workflows, Flow Designer, UI policies, business rules, and ACLs.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and supportable enterprise solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and asset-related processes is highly desirable.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD are preferred.
