Base Salary
$120k - $318k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy with customers globally, including approximately 50% travel, to support software integration and development.
- Become an expert user of the Hivemind enterprise software stack and autonomy modules.
- Develop AI and autonomy applications using Shield AI’s enterprise software development kit.
- Provide technical support, customer training, and assistance with pre-sales activities such as demos and conferences.
- Support post-sales deployment and integration of Shield AI software products.
- Debug customer software and API integration issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with product engineering to address customer feedback and improve products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an integration or applications engineering role.
- 2+ years of experience working in a startup environment.
- Strong software engineering background and strong proficiency in modern C++.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience in defense aviation or robotics.
- Preferred experience building and running a small enterprise software applications or solutions engineering team.
- An advanced technical degree, particularly in robotics or autonomy, is preferred.
