Responsibilities
- Design, code, and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications.
- Develop ML use cases, model training workflows, feature engineering pipelines, and inferencing systems.
- Build new generative AI use cases and enhance existing solutions using LLM technologies.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics and cross-functional teams to translate product and business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical influence through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and establishment of best practices.
- Maintain code quality, scalability, and engineering excellence across deliverables.
- Monitor applications and research emerging AI trends and industry practices.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Shell Script, or similar programming and scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing ML model pipelines, feature engineering, model training, and inferencing.
- Production experience with LLM models including Cohere, Haiku, and other cognitive services.
- Deep expertise with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Prognosis.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices including GitHub, Jenkins, Urban Code, Nexus, and Ansible.
- Expertise with public and private cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred experience with the ELK technology stack, Neo4j, Neptune, React, and Angular.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, understand product usage, and generate innovative ideas.
