Base Salary
$80k - $99k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and curation.
- Design and optimize data models, feature stores, and storage patterns for AI/ML workloads.
- Implement DataOps and MLOps automation, including deployment, monitoring, validation, and drift detection.
- Build LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and agentic AI systems.
- Develop secure, production-grade AI services and scalable hybrid cloud and on-premise systems.
- Define AI systems architecture standards and provide infrastructure design, optimization, and monitoring support.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate across engineering, research, and product teams.
- Ensure code quality, reliability, scalability, and observability.
Requirements
- Advanced Python proficiency and strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control, testing, and code reviews.
- Proficiency with SQL, Spark, and distributed computing systems.
- Deep experience with data modeling and feature engineering across the ML lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI frameworks; LangChain and LangGraph are preferred.
- Expertise designing distributed systems at enterprise scale.
- Strong CI/CD and DevOps knowledge, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka and other event streaming systems.
- Experience designing and deploying hybrid cloud and on-premise systems using AWS and Azure.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, research, and product teams.
- Self-directed problem-solving ability and comfort navigating enterprise complexity.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data, software, ML, or AI engineering is preferred.
- React and JavaScript UI development expertise is a plus.
