Responsibilities
- Develop, design, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply software engineering methods and knowledge to research, design, development, and maintenance activities.
- Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods.
- Work independently with minimal supervision across a range of tasks and problems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project goals.
- Organize work and deliver assigned tasks over a mid-term horizon.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers when required.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to produce accurate and reliable results with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply software engineering skills and knowledge to varied tasks and problems.
- Ability to make decisions based on situational understanding rather than rules alone.
