Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation.
- Apply advanced GenAI techniques to design and build functional prototypes.
- Collaborate to evolve prototypes into scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
- Provide guidance on AI capabilities and mentor team members on best practices.
- Pilot new AI solutions, gather feedback, and support adoption.
- Work with central AI Platform and DevX teams to ensure scalability and security.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.
- Define success metrics and communicate the value of AI initiatives.
- Research and experiment with emerging AI models and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 months in applied AI.
- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining production services.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang.
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Highly analytical and structured problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and non-engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations.
