Base Salary
$148k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and improvement of MLOps platforms and workflows.
- Drive the design and unification of ML training and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to enhance the ML lifecycle.
- Define and evolve model governance practices for ML systems.
- Standardize ML tooling and workflows, including experiment tracking.
- Identify and resolve issues in ML infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
- Drive automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle.
- Familiarity with ML tooling like MLflow.
- Experience with CI/CD practices for ML or data platforms.
- Proven ability to drive standards across teams.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
