Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build frontend interfaces using Next JS.
- Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI).
- Ship user-facing features from data model to API to UI.
- Enhance reliability, observability, and performance across the stack.
- Collaborate with design, ops, and risk/compliance teams to ensure safe features.
- Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design discussions.
- Help evolve engineering standards and product development processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-time professional experience in full-stack engineering.
- Experience with backend development in Python or Go.
- Strong code quality habits including testing, reviews, and documentation.
