Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build frontend interfaces using Next.js.
- Design and build backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI.
- Ship user-facing features end-to-end from data model through API and UI.
- Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the stack.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and risk/compliance teams to ship safe, compliant features.
- Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design and code review discussions.
- Help evolve engineering standards and the product development process.
Requirements
- At least two years of full-time professional, non-internship experience in full-stack engineering.
- Experience with backend development using Python or Go.
- Strong code quality practices, including testing, reviews, and documentation, along with a product mindset.
- Experience in fintech, risk management, or compliance is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with LLM- or AI-powered products, event-driven systems, or data pipelines is preferred.
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and auditing best practices is preferred.
- Prior founder experience is a bonus.
