Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Integrate the LIGER GenAI platform into customers’ existing business processes.
- Build customer-specific functionality, enhancements, and rapid prototypes within or around the LIGER platform.
- Deploy and initially configure the platform, supporting customers for 60–180 days before transition to a long-term project team.
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and communicate the value of technical solutions to customers.
- Provide technical consulting, integration guidance, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
- Document customer requirements and feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, support, and sales engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations within the United States.
- Support continuous product improvement based on customer needs and market feedback.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required; only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and extensive experience with PostgreSQL are required.
- Hands-on experience solving real problems with LLMs, NLP, and related AI technologies is required.
- Experience with the MEAN stack, full-stack TypeScript development, and Angular web applications is required.
- Knowledge of containerization, Docker, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment models, and APIs is required.
- Experience with AWS GovCloud or DoD/federal environments is required.
- Candidates should understand software development lifecycle and security principles and be able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Top Secret clearance is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include federal sales engineering experience, DoD cybersecurity and vulnerability management knowledge, Kubernetes or other container orchestration experience, MCP Server and MCP tool development, Unix/Linux experience, AWS GovCloud expertise, and experience providing leadership, issue resolution, and expert guidance.
