Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Integrate the LIGER GenAI platform into customers’ existing business processes.
- Build new functionality, enhancements, and customer-specific features within or around the LIGER platform.
- Deploy and initially configure LIGER, providing customer support for 60–180 days before transition to a long-term project team.
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and communicate the value of technical solutions to customers.
- Provide technical consulting, troubleshooting, integration guidance, and deployment support.
- Document customer requirements and feedback and collaborate with the core product team on product improvements.
- Work with product management, engineering, and support teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations in the United States.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance and eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance; only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and extensive experience with PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and related AI technologies applied to real problems.
- Experience with the MEAN stack, TypeScript full-stack development, and Angular web applications.
- Knowledge of containerization, Docker, GitLab pipelines, cloud deployment models, AWS GovCloud, and federal or DoD environments.
- Ability to integrate software with existing business processes and interact effectively with APIs.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and security principles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and customer-stakeholder management skills.
- Top Secret clearance, federal sales engineering experience, Kubernetes or other container orchestration experience, MCP Server and MCP tool development, Unix/Linux experience, AWS expertise, and DoD cybersecurity knowledge are preferred.
- Ability to work independently, deliver tailored solutions quickly, provide expert guidance, and develop strategic customer relationships.
