Base Salary

$120k - $201k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Present, demonstrate, and support the sale of Esri software and solutions as part of account teams.
  • Lead technical meetings and customer engagements with enterprise-level decision makers to support revenue growth.
  • Design and propose complex GIS solutions aligned with customer missions, business needs, workflows, systems, and integration points.
  • Provide ArcGIS configuration guidance, deployment troubleshooting, enterprise architecture advice, and best practices.
  • Create presentations and deliver demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Mentor team members and influence internal product direction across complex customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience using Esri technology to create maps, perform spatial analysis, and configure web applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in Defense, the Intelligence Community, GEOINT, National Security, or closely related mission environments.
  • Advanced ArcGIS knowledge from an IT context, including hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud computing.
  • Advanced technical consulting and conceptual solution design experience, with understanding of sales and business development processes.
  • Demonstrated participation in a sales process and experience troubleshooting Esri application deployment and system architecture issues.
  • Experience with geodatabases, DBMS technology, enterprise integrations, data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
  • Moderate to advanced programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript.
  • Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • US citizenship, successful background investigation, and eligibility for Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, real-time information-stream integration, mobile and IoT digitalization strategies, advanced analytics and data science, imagery, and ArcGIS design for disconnected, denied, degraded, classified, or tactical environments.
  • Experience influencing technical strategy across multiple teams or customer organizations is preferred.
