Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Azure services for capacity planning, Capacity Blueprint, and infrastructure fulfillment.
- Drive architecture, data model, and API design for scalable platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams on cloud capacity challenges.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from design and implementation through deployment and operational excellence.
- Apply AI and automation to improve engineering productivity and decision-making.
- Mentor engineers and promote software engineering, reliability, and security best practices.
- Influence technical strategy and roadmap decisions to improve platform impact and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated cloud engineering experience and the ability to design, implement, and support scalable platform solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based environments and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
