Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, design, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Build and manage banking data solutions as a database developer.
- Apply database design, data modeling, normalization, performance tuning, backup, recovery, security, scalability, and high-availability practices.
- Use Azure DevOps to support automated deployment pipelines.
- Lead and mentor team members and contribute to technical discussions and solution development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and improve development processes, software quality, efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues and work independently as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in database management.
- Proficiency in database management, including database design, data modeling, normalization, query and structure optimization, backup and recovery, data security, scalability, and high availability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work independently, resolve complex database issues, collaborate with teams, and mentor colleagues.
