Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade software solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate ECM solutions into existing customer IT environments.
- Operate, maintain, and monitor production environments.
- Design and implement customer-specific input/output management processes.
- Develop tailored extensions and end-to-end processes.
- Create concepts in direct collaboration with customers and project partners.
- Collaborate closely with product specialists and software developers.
Requirements
- Completed university, ETH, or university of applied sciences degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Sound understanding of enterprise content management, including archiving, document lifecycles, workflows, and input/output management.
- Experience with application servers such as JBoss/WildFly, Tomcat, Jetty, or IIS.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, independent working style, and ability to quickly learn new products and solutions.
- Very good spoken and written German and English.
- Experience operating or installing applications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar environments is advantageous.
