Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom GIS web applications and self-service tools.
- Build and extend ArcGIS Experience Builder applications with custom widgets.
- Create intuitive user interfaces for geospatial data exploration.
- Manage a centralized GIS portal and establish UI standards.
- Integrate web applications with GIS services and backend data pipelines.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to deliver user experiences.
- Conduct user testing and create technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with four years, or a High School Diploma with six years of experience.
- Proven experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong proficiency in front-end web development languages and frameworks.
- Exceptional Python and SQL skills for data preparation and geoprocessing.
- Experience with Esri WebGIS Enterprise Architecture.
- Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS.
- Strong analytical skills for translating spatial data into visual products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
