Responsibilities
- Guide executive-level business and technical decision makers in defining and achieving digital and business transformation goals.
- Accelerate Azure projects into production through architectural guidance, technical recommendations, blocker escalation, and technical resource orchestration.
- Lead the technical architecture, build, deployment, updates, operations, and change adoption lifecycle for customer success services focused on Microsoft AI solutions.
- Lead technical engagements involving Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure databases, Purview, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
- Develop proofs of concept and minimum viable products for data analytics and data migration initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level technical decision makers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction, Azure service adoption, consumption, up-sell and cross-sell activities, and customer success business results.
- Develop reusable intellectual property, share technical expertise, support team skilling, and partner with customer success and product teams to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Written, reading, and conversational proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- 4+ years of enterprise customer experience leading technical engagements and designing and implementing secure, scalable cloud architectures on platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- 3+ years of experience building enterprise-grade, cloud-based analytical solutions using Azure Databricks or similar data analytics platforms, including underlying frameworks and data formats.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in a technical or related field and 12+ years of experience in technical architecture, consulting, design and implementation, and/or sales, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience building enterprise-grade analytical solutions with Microsoft Fabric, including data warehousing, data lakes, lakehouses, streaming architectures, cataloguing and governance, and business intelligence.
- Preferred: 6+ years of enterprise customer experience leading technical engagements, designing secure and scalable cloud and AI-driven data solutions, driving adoption, and optimizing workloads.
- Preferred: 6+ years of experience with cloud-based solution design, migration, and technology management.
- Preferred: breadth of experience in cloud solutions, foundational security, infrastructure and network design, and applying AI to analytical applications.
- Preferred: written, reading, and conversational proficiency in Spanish.
