Responsibilities
- Assist with designing and developing software systems, modules, and cloud-based applications.
- Write, test, debug, refactor, and review code under guidance from stakeholders.
- Develop functionality in microservices environments involving APIs, telemetry data, and structured and unstructured data.
- Assist with automated testing, software deployment, solution integration, and third-party software automation.
- Help build and debug large-scale distributed systems and prototype multi-vendor infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product teams and demonstrate solutions internally or to clients.
- Maintain technical programs, end-user documentation, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Entry-level experience in software development, microservices, RESTful APIs, and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, cloud architecture, and cloud deployments.
- Developing proficiency in C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, libraries, and frameworks.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design, SQL, and NoSQL data stores such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and LXC/LXD container runtimes.
- Familiarity with large datasets and applying ML/AI algorithms.
- Experience collaborating with geo-distributed teams and multiple stakeholders through innovation, pilot, and production phases.
- Entry-level experience with Agile and Lean practices, Continuous Delivery/DevOps, analytics, data-driven processes, testing, source control, and work-tracking tools.
- Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals and relevant Agile certifications are preferred.
