Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production AI agents for RCM email workflows.
- Develop agent harnesses for structured workflows and reliable execution.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Create intuitive interfaces for operations teams using React and JavaScript.
- Design PostgreSQL schemas and data pipelines for workflow management.
- Integrate agents with email systems and internal services.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance.
- Establish monitoring and alerting for critical workflows.
- Investigate production failures and improve system reliability.
- Work directly with RCM operators to gather feedback and improve products.
- Own projects from problem definition to measurable impact.
- Help establish a strong engineering culture in the team.
Requirements
- Professional experience in building and operating production software systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI.
- Full-stack development skills with experience in React and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience designing data models and systems with PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- Understanding of production engineering principles.
- Experience with containers and cloud infrastructure like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to maintain high standards for correctness and user experience.
- Strong communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
