Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business problems.
- Build AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic frameworks.
- Communicate with stakeholders about challenges and contribute to client deliverables.
- Create technical design, implementation, and deployment documentation.
- Identify and implement reusable assets and components.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide technical solutions.
- Deliver proofs of concept and support successful engagement completion.
- Translate business requirements into high- and low-level technical designs and technical solutions.
- Support process reviews, improvements, troubleshooting, and complex system customizations.
- Apply development lifecycle best practices and work across concurrent workloads.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of technical experience and at least one end-to-end AI implementation.
- Programming experience with Python.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms including classification, regression, and clustering.
- Experience with LLMs, including GPT and open-source models, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with vector databases such as Chroma DB and FAISS.
- Experience building AI solutions using RAG and agentic frameworks.
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Knowledge of Oracle AI capabilities, including vector databases, Oracle AI Database, or Oracle out-of-the-box AI features, is preferred.
- Azure AI Foundry models and AI services knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise REST/SOAP integrations with backend ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred.
- Ability to gather requirements and create technical design and deployment documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executives, support teams, and customers.
- Ability to research, learn new technologies, troubleshoot, prioritize, and support complex solutions.
- AI certification, multidomain expertise, integration-tool knowledge, and experience in a CMMI environment are advantageous.
