Base Salary

$125k - $150k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own automations, applications, and data pipelines supporting supply chain planning, procurement, reliability, and material flow.
  • Own projects from problem identification and solution ideation through architecture, implementation, and adoption.
  • Query, clean, and transform data to support supply chain decisions at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with central software teams on the software ecosystem, requirements, roadmaps, and implementation.
  • Develop, standardize, and continuously improve key process indicators and other operations metrics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or another scientific discipline, or 2+ years of professional experience building software or data pipelines in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data engineering, data science, full-stack development, or software engineering through project teams, research, internships, and/or professional experience.
  • Experience with UNIX-like operating systems and command-line administration is preferred.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience designing and querying relational databases are preferred.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes is preferred.
  • Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or dbt is preferred.
  • Programming experience in Python, C#, or similar languages is preferred.
  • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, Power BI, Grafana, Metabase, or Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience developing web applications, dashboards, or self-service platforms for nontechnical stakeholders is preferred.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring is preferred.
  • Understanding of data quality, statistical analysis, and data visualization best practices is preferred.
  • Must satisfy applicable ITAR eligibility or obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the work week and work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.

Benefits

  • Base salary range is $125,000-$175,000 depending on level, with potential stock or long-term cash awards and discretionary bonuses.
