Base Salary
$180k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver performant, reliable, production-grade AI agents for financial-services and other enterprise use cases.
- Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment, tuning, and continuous iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise leaders and startups to understand business needs and build scalable AI-agent solutions.
- Develop insurance-focused agents for claims, quotes, coverage, and other complex customer interactions.
- Build generalizable, industry-specific agent frameworks and experiment with voice models at enterprise scale.
- Surface customer needs, prototype platform tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- Builder’s mindset, high agency, and ability to find creative ways to ship solutions.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Genuine interest in financial services and customer experience improvement.
- Experience with insurance technology, financial-institution implementations, or financial-services security and compliance is a strong plus.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-agent evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering is preferred.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is preferred.
- Previous customer-facing work or leadership of technical projects with external stakeholders is preferred.
