Responsibilities
- Own GTM and AI agent initiatives end-to-end, including requirements definition, launch, measurement, and optimization.
- Translate revenue processes into AI agent workflows and playbooks with Sales and Customer teams.
- Configure AI agents, including prompts, skills, policies, tools, and integrations.
- Build and maintain automations connecting agents with Salesforce, monday.com, Slack, and other systems.
- Test, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance.
- Analyze sales and usage data with SQL to identify opportunities and measure business impact.
- Lead pilots, drive adoption, and collaborate with Engineering and leadership teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, AI Automation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience setting up, running, and evaluating AI agents in production GTM environments.
- Strong experience with low-code/no-code automation tools and workflow builders such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with JSON, APIs, system integrations, and SQL for data analysis.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and a solid understanding of sales and revenue processes.
- Experience leading technical and business projects end-to-end, from requirements definition through implementation.
