Responsibilities

Build and enhance the technical layer of the Workflow and Agent AI Platform.
Own features end to end from design and integration through production deployment and continuous improvement.
Develop AI-enabled functionality across frontend, backend, AI, and integration layers.
Embed product functionality into reusable AI-enabled workflow patterns and improve it using evaluations, monitoring, and user feedback.
Contribute to architecture decisions supporting scalability, observability, security, and platform evolution.
Work with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to productionize research outputs.
Coordinate with Platform Engineers on deployment and infrastructure needs.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-team delivery.

At least 3 years of software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of complex products or platforms.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript for production-grade applications.
Experience with modern frameworks, preferably React; Vue.js 3 is also welcome.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language, with Python preferred.
Ability to work across frontend and backend boundaries.
Experience with relational databases, data modeling, APIs, and integrations.
Strong software engineering fundamentals including clean architecture, evolvability, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD discipline.
Experience with MLOps tooling is preferred.
Exposure to AI and agent frameworks such as AWS Strands, Azure AI Agent Service, LangChain, LangSmith, or CrewAI is preferred.
Experience with generative AI application development is preferred.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Databricks is preferred.
Financial services experience and familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards are preferred.
