Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of critical Digital Engineering components with a primary focus on UI solutions.
- Build modern, scalable frontend products using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Architect and design full-stack applications in AWS and collaborate with backend engineering teams.
- Drive code quality, automation, testability, and reliable delivery for mission-critical systems.
- Lead engineering teams and develop the talent of engineers working with product owners, designers, and business clients.
- Contribute to product vision, roadmap definition, and engineering culture across the global team.
- Collaborate across the full software lifecycle in a rapidly changing Transaction Banking environment.
Requirements
- Require 1–7 years of relevant professional experience using a modern UI programming language such as JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Require experience building modern UI products with React.
- Require the ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex products involving multiple stakeholders.
- Require experience architecting and designing full-stack applications in AWS.
- Require experience with high-availability, mission-critical systems using active/active and blue-green deployment methodologies.
- Require a BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Prefer experience with Node, Webpack, MobX, Redux, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Prefer experience with microservice architectures, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and containers.
- Prefer experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
- Prefer Transaction Banking, payments, financial services, or fintech experience.
- Prefer practical experience with Agile operating models, Scrum, or Kanban.
