Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams and customers to identify users' pain points.
- Ensure UI designs follow user-centered design best practices and principles.
- Build new experiences and modify existing components to improve usability.
- Create project plans and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working on customer-facing and/or internal tools.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and webpack.
- Proficiency with Python, Flask, and Postgres.
- Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, backend development, and API integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
