Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team and customers to identify users' pain points.
  • Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and principles of user-centered design.
  • Build new experiences or modify existing components to improve usability.
  • Build a project plan and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working on customer-facing and/or internal tools.
  • Proficiency in front-end development tools and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and webpack.
  • Proficiency in back-end development tools and technologies including Python, Flask, and Postgres.
  • Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and backend development and API integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
