Responsibilities
- Provide infrastructure support and extensive troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services.
- Develop coding projects primarily in Java and AWS technologies.
- Support software deployments in staging and production environments.
- Develop tools for operations and maintenance.
- Report system and support status.
- Own technical components and improve infrastructure, operational performance, and stability.
- Participate in design, code, and procedure reviews and make technical trade-offs.
- Research root causes and thoroughly resolve defects.
- Drive company-wide campaigns with Support and Engineering teams.
- Deliver technology addressing compliance, security, and privacy risks.
- Drive large-scale technology projects and pipeline automation.
Requirements
- Customer-focused problem-solving, communication, and technical skills.
- Experience supporting technology teams.
- Experience with Java and AWS technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot systems, resolve defects, support deployments, and improve operational stability.
