Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global data architecture and warehouse.
- Lead migration from fragmented data collection systems to a unified platform.
- Build a global Business Intelligence stack for self-serve reporting.
- Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance with data regulations.
- Integrate automation and AI/ML tools into data workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 6+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership.
- Strong experience with end-to-end data pipelines and warehouse architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL/automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CommCare, KoboToolbox, and/or DHIS2.
- Proven track record of modernizing legacy systems into integrated ecosystems.
- Solid knowledge of systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with data privacy, security, and compliance.
