Responsibilities

  • Resolve platform incidents and provide solutions for internal customers by analyzing issues and taking appropriate actions.
  • Implement SAP Customer Data Cloud changes requested by application managers.
  • Monitor platform availability and events to help prevent or defend against cyber attacks.
  • Take over applications and mobile apps after go-live.
  • Customize and develop screen sets based on customer requirements.
  • Manage customer identity migrations to the CIAM platform.
  • Design user experiences for CIAM processes.
  • Track and evaluate new SAP Customer Data Cloud features and breaking changes.
  • Perform data cleansing and respond to consent-management and data-subject requests.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP Customer Data Cloud, including the B2B module.
  • Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols including SAML, OIDC, tokens, SCIM, and passkeys.
  • Familiarity with AWS resources such as S3 buckets and CloudFront.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for incident and service-request management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global distributed team.
  • Strong project management, presentation, and design-thinking skills.
