Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing technical ownership of 2–3 high-value enterprise accounts.
- Build and deploy conversational agents, custom extensions, and algorithmic tweaks.
- Use A/B testing and deep data analysis to validate technical changes on customer KPIs.
- Travel to customer sites to lead technical workshops and understand architectural constraints.
- Act as a bridge to R&D, identifying customization needs for productization.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Search Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or high-end Technical Delivery.
- Deep understanding of Discovery platforms and their impact on e-commerce performance.
- Exceptional communication skills for navigating complex enterprise environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally to engage with customers.
