Responsibilities

Act as a technical advisor to strategic customers for innovative application development using OSS models.
Run complex demonstrations and POCs of Together’s hardware and software solutions.
Collaborate with sales to qualify new prospects and support existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders.
Deliver high-value feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
Create educational content and tooling around Together’s solutions.

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with at least 2 years in a pre-sales function.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complex concepts.
Ability to consult with customers to map business needs to technical solutions.
Strong technical background in AI, ML, and GPU technologies.
Understanding of training, fine-tuning, and inference in open source LLMs.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript with experience in API platforms.
Familiarity with infrastructure services and infrastructure as code solutions.
Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.
