Solutions Architect
Together AIResponsibilities
- Advise strategic customers on ideation and development of innovative applications using open-source models on Together AI.
- Run complex demonstrations and proofs of concept covering Together AI’s hardware and software stack.
- Collaborate with sales to qualify prospects and support existing customers building Generative AI solutions.
- Build customer relationships and support successful application deployment and scaling.
- Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams to improve the platform.
- Create educational content and tooling, including playbooks, blogs, and demonstrations, for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including at least 2 years in pre-sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, consulting, and technical explanation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI, ML, GPU technologies, and their integration into high-performance computing environments.
- Strong understanding of training, fine-tuning, and inference for open-source large language models.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience building and delivering prototypes on API platforms.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, Docker, scripting, and programming languages.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, adapt to context switching, and learn new skills.
