Responsibilities
- Develop payroll architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and business outcomes.
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions and supporting technologies.
- Configure SuccessFactors and/or ECC Payroll and design and build payroll-related integrations.
- Advise clients on SAP best practices, innovations, product roadmaps, and HR technologies.
- Lead requirements workshops, payroll comparison testing cycles, delivery teams, and multi-workstream initiatives.
- Prepare Solution Design Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, and other quality documentation.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and support accurate, timely payroll processing.
- Contribute to RFP responses, pre-sales activities, and expert demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Mentor junior talent and share knowledge across Capgemini’s SAP Practice.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as an SAP Payroll consultant across multiple project lifecycles.
- Experience developing payroll architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Strong SuccessFactors and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience.
- Strong functional SAP Payroll knowledge and technical awareness of integrations with third-party Benefits, Time Management, and Payroll products.
- Experience leading requirements workshops, payroll comparison testing cycles, and project delivery teams.
- Experience leading pre-sales activities and presenting to senior client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Payroll Control Centre, SAP WorkZone, Business Technology Platform, and integrations to SAP ERP HCM or S/4HANA via BIB is required or beneficial as stated.
- Experience in live support environments and multi-supplier delivery environments is advantageous or required as stated.
- Ability to communicate effectively, advise agile teams, understand emerging technologies, and mentor junior colleagues.
- Ability to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks and the stated pre-employment screening.
