Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from pilot through production launch.
- Design and build AI agents on Serval’s platform.
- Advise customers on AI adoption and scaling strategy.
- Design and execute migration plans to minimize disruption.
- Read and troubleshoot production code in customer-facing environments, including code paths, database state, and API requests and responses.
- Work with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to convert field learnings into repeatable processes and product improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role such as product, engineering, consulting, or founding a company.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot production code using infrastructure and browser development tools.
- Working knowledge of APIs, REST, IAM, and SQL for data analysis.
- Preferred qualifications include early-stage startup experience, production coding experience, enterprise customer or complex technical sales-cycle experience, and familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation.
