Responsibilities
- Design and develop useful, performant, maintainable digital products for healthcare clients and their users.
- Contribute across the full application lifecycle from conception and development through testing, debugging, refactoring, and deployment.
- Collaborate in small project teams with Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and clients.
- Investigate technical problems, debug effectively, and implement durable defect fixes.
- Apply quality standards, testing, code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement practices.
- Use and learn varied technologies across projects, including Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node, Nest, React, Next, and Python.
- Work with LLMs to accelerate development and contribute to products involving generative AI when relevant.
Requirements
- Graduated from a top engineering school.
- Demonstrates interest in teamwork, constructive communication, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Takes a value-oriented approach focused on client activity and user needs.
- Is interested in AI and generative AI and actively pursues continuous technical learning.
- Maintains high standards for software quality and is willing to challenge or stop production when necessary.
- Works in a structured way and applies organization and continuous-improvement principles.
- Prior extensive software development experience is not required; the company prioritizes potential and willingness to learn.
