Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Create user access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting connecting software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide customer support, resolve tool-related tickets within specified turnaround times, follow escalation processes, and perform root cause analysis.
- Meet performance expectations for error-free onboarding and implementation, timely customer resolution, and zero escalation.
Requirements
- Google Cloud DevOps experience is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of professional experience is required.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, infrastructure management, deployment automation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis is required.
- Experience supporting internal and external customers across multiple platforms is required.
