Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Reimagine core People workflows through an AI-first lens.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agents.
- Architect and implement systems integrating across various SaaS platforms.
- Partner with internal IT AI teams to establish best practices.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI solutions.
- Define and track success metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a thought partner to People leadership on AI possibilities.
- Design systems that handle sensitive employee data securely.
- Collaborate with Security, IT, and GTM Systems on AI infrastructure.
- Enable People teams to leverage AI through frameworks and training materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or data engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-powered systems.
- Proven ability to set technical direction and build impactful systems.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, and modern APIs.
- Familiarity with LLM platforms like OpenAI and Claude.
- Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS systems.
- Ability to design scalable systems and automation frameworks.
- Experience working with sensitive data and responsible AI practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate business problems into technical solutions.
